Patient Teaching
During hospitalization, each patient will receive education based on his or her individual needs. This may include instruction by the nursing staff or other specialized hospital personnel (i.e. dietitians, respiratory therapists, physical therapists). Patients pre-registering for surgery may receive instruction prior to admission.
